Privacy Policy

Healsy AI (referred to as Healsy, we, us or our) provides an AI-powered health and wellness application available on the web and as a mobile app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use Healsy AI, why we collect it, how it is used, and the choices and rights you have.

By creating an account or using Healsy AI, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.

We collect the information you give us directly when you use Healsy AI:

• Account details — your name, display name, email address and sign-in method (email and password, or Google sign-in).
• Profile and goals — age, weight, target weight, height, dietary preferences, fitness level, skin type and the wellness goals you set.
• Wellness entries you log — meals and calorie scans, water intake, workouts and exercise plans, sleep records and dream notes, mood check-ins, journal entries, skincare routines, facial-fitness sessions, meditation and yoga sessions, aura readings, and challenge progress.
• Photos you upload — meal photos used for nutrition analysis, and face photos used for glow, skin and hairstyle analysis. Photos are used only to produce the analysis you requested.
• Messages you send — your conversations with the AI health coach, and anything you submit through our contact form.

• Device and technical data — a device fingerprint (a hashed value derived from characteristics of your browser and hardware), IP address, device type, operating system, browser and app version. We use this to apply free-usage limits per device and to keep the service secure.
• Usage data — which features you open and how often, so we can apply feature limits correctly and improve the app.
• Local storage — preferences such as your theme and language are stored on your device.
• We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell your personal information.

When you request an analysis — a meal scan, glow or skin analysis, aura reading, sleep or journal insight, or a reply from the AI health coach — the content you submit, including the relevant photo, is sent to a third-party AI model provider so the result can be generated.

Your content is processed only to produce the result you asked for. We do not use your photos, journal entries or wellness logs to train AI models, and we do not sell them.

AI outputs are estimates and general wellness guidance. They are not medical advice, and they are not a diagnosis or treatment plan.

Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by our payment providers (Razorpay and PayPal). Your card, bank or wallet details are entered on the payment provider’s secure interface and are never stored on our servers. We receive only a payment confirmation and a subscription reference.

We keep a record of your plan status and expiry date so we can unlock and manage your premium access.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run Healsy AI, and only as much as they need to perform their task:

• AI model providers — to generate the analyses and coaching replies you request.
• Payment processors (Razorpay, PayPal) — to take payments and manage subscriptions.
• Cloud hosting and database infrastructure — to store your account and wellness logs securely.
• Email delivery services — to send account, reminder and support messages.
• Legal requirements — we may disclose information where required by law, or where necessary to protect the rights, safety and security of our users and the service.

We keep your wellness entries for as long as your account is active, so your history and trends remain available to you. Deleting an individual entry removes it from your account.

If you delete your account, we delete your personal information and wellness logs, except where we are required to keep limited records (for example payment or tax records) or where data has already been aggregated so that it no longer identifies you.

Your wellness data is tied to your signed-in account: access rules restrict your records to you, so other users cannot read them. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on access-controlled infrastructure.

No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and keep your sign-in details private.

• Access and correct — view and edit your profile, goals and wellness logs in the app at any time.
• Export — generate and download reports of your wellness data, such as your dashboard, sleep, mood and nutrition reports.
• Delete — delete individual entries in the app, or ask us to delete your account and its associated data.
• Withdraw consent — stop using the app and request deletion, or turn off notifications in Settings.
• Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act), you may have additional rights such as data portability or the right to object to certain processing. Contact us and we will help you exercise them.

Some of what you log — mood, sleep, skin, nutrition and journal content — is sensitive. We treat it as private to your account, use it to power your own insights, and never use it for advertising.

Please log only what you are comfortable storing, and remember that no wellness app is a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional.

Healsy AI is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are between 13 and 18, please use Healsy AI only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We and our service providers may store and process your information in countries other than your own. Where that happens, we take steps to ensure your information continues to receive appropriate protection.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Healsy AI evolves. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.

Continuing to use Healsy AI after an update means you accept the revised policy.
