Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the Terms) govern your use of Healsy AI, an AI-powered health and wellness application available on the web and as a mobile app.

By creating an account, signing in or using Healsy AI, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use Healsy AI.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Healsy AI. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use Healsy AI only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

You own the content you log in Healsy AI. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect it, and how you can export or delete it.

• Free and premium — Healsy AI can be used free of charge with daily limits on certain AI features. Premium plans unlock higher or unlimited usage and additional features.
• Payment — payments are handled by our payment providers (Razorpay and PayPal). The price is shown in the app before you pay, and prices may change with notice.
• Renewal — subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and your premium access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Refunds — if Premium is not right for you, contact us through the Contact page within 7 days of a payment and we will refund that payment to your original payment method. Refunds are not available for earlier billing periods, or once the 7-day window has passed. Where the law or the payment provider’s rules give you stronger rights, we will honour them.
• Failed payments — if a renewal payment fails, your account may return to the free plan.

You agree not to:

• use Healsy AI for anything unlawful, or to harm, threaten or harass anyone;
• upload photos or content you do not have the right to share, or that show another person without their consent;
• upload content that is sexually explicit, violent, hateful or otherwise objectionable;
• attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the app or its AI features;
• bypass usage limits, or create multiple accounts or devices to avoid them;
• resell, sublicense or commercially exploit Healsy AI or its AI outputs without our written permission.

Healsy AI produces analyses, plans and suggestions using artificial intelligence. These outputs are estimates generated from the information you provide, and they can be incomplete or wrong.

Healsy AI is a wellness and self-tracking tool. It is not a doctor, dietitian, dermatologist, therapist or any other healthcare professional. Nothing in the app is medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment plan, and AI responses should never be used to diagnose or treat a condition or to delay seeking professional care.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet, exercise, skincare, sleep, supplements or medication — especially if you are pregnant, nursing, managing a medical condition, taking medication, or under 18. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

You keep ownership of the photos, text and other content you submit to Healsy AI. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display that content only as needed to run the app for you — for example, sending a meal photo to an AI provider to analyse it, or showing your history back to you.

You confirm that you have the right to submit the content you upload.

Healsy AI, including its name, logo, design, software, content and features, belongs to us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial wellness purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the app except as permitted by law.

Healsy AI relies on third-party services, including payment providers and AI model providers. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

We work to keep Healsy AI available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may be added, changed or removed, and maintenance or third-party outages may cause downtime. We may also discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

You may stop using Healsy AI and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service.

When your access ends, your right to use the app ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability — continue to apply.

Healsy AI is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that AI outputs will be accurate, complete or suitable for your circumstances, or that the app will meet your expectations or achieve any particular health outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, health outcomes or goodwill arising from your use of Healsy AI.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of Healsy AI, your content, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless the consumer-protection law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter informally.

We may update these Terms as Healsy AI evolves. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.

If you continue using Healsy AI after an update, you accept the revised Terms.
